John Ward, Acting President Lansingburgh Historical Society:
On Sunday, April 30th Lansingburgh Historical Society will conduct our annual clean up of the two cemeteries at 107th St and 3rd Ave. We could use any and all help with this project. If any students need a community service credit this may serve them. Volunteers are asked to bring any yard work equipment, rakes, leaf blowers, pruners. We are doing this after Earth Day events this year because we may be able to get more volunteers than we did last year. Work begins at 9:30 and ends at 3:30. Volunteers may work all or any part of that time frame. If any questions I may be reached at 885-4295 or by email at or friend the historical society on Facebook.
Thank you!
