Lansingburgh, Feb. 4, 1879.
To the Hon. President and Board of Trustees. At your request I have made a survey of that part of Mill street lying westerly of State street as the same is laid out on the Van Schaick street map; and to which map, deeds of lots in the vicinity refer; and find the docking recently erected by Mr. Oliver Boutwell, to encroach on said Mill street about 12 feet. Respectfully submitted,
C. L. FULLER, Village Surveyor.
Referred to Roads committee and President.
